What insurance do I need?
We recommend having a Kotivakuutus (home insurance) that covers your bike. This helps protect you in case of theft or damage.
Can I add extra accessories to my bike?
Yes, absolutely. You can purchase additional accessories yourself to customize your bike according to your needs and preferences.
What happens if the bike breaks down?
If your bike has a technical issue, we’ll make sure you stay mobile. We will repair or replace the bike within 48 hours whenever possible.

How many children can the cargo bikes carry?
It depends on the model:
- Longtail (Veloe): Up to 3 children
- Cargo bike (Urban Arrow): Up to 4 children, or 2 children + 1 child on the second bench or Maxi Cosi carrier + 1 on the rear rack
Should I choose a longtail or a cargo bike?
Both options are great—it depends on your lifestyle:
- Longtail bikes are more compact and easier to park, making them ideal for city use.
- Cargo bikes carry your most precious cargo in the front and offer maximum space & protection for kids, groceries and everyday essentials.
What is included with the bike?
Each bike comes with essential accessories included, so you’re ready to ride from day one.
If you need more, you can always purchase additional accessories separately to suit your needs.
How long is the subscription commitment?
You can choose between 1, 6, 12, or 48-month plans. The longer the commitment, the lower your monthly price.
What happens after my subscription period ends?
After your initial term, your subscription continues month-to-month with a 30-day cancellation notice.
Pricing depends on your selected plan length — longer commitments offer lower monthly rates.
You can upgrade to a longer subscription at any time to access better pricing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime after your minimum commitment period with a 30-day notice.
When does the cancellation take effect?
Your subscription will end 30 days after your cancellation request. During this period, normal billing continues.
Can I cancel during the fixed term?
Subscriptions are set for the selected period (1, 6, 12, or 48 months), as pricing is based on the length of your commitment — longer terms offer lower monthly rates. Changes during the fixed term are not included in standard plans, but you can upgrade to a longer plan at any time to benefit from better pricing.
Can I testdrive the bike?
The bikes are easy to ride and do not require testdriving. You have a 48 hrs free return change, so if you notice that you cannot handle the bike or it is different then you expected you can exchange the bike for another bike in the abonnement or ask us to pick up the bike. If you want to testdrive the bike then you can make an appointment via our email. We can then organise a testdrive for you at our bikeshop/workshop in Espoo Tapiola, just on a 500meters walk from the Tapiola metrostation. The address is Oravannahkatori 1 in 02120 Espoo Tapiola.
